By using Perpetua, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Perpetua is a family memory preservation app that allows you to:

• Record and preserve voice memories
• Generate AI-powered narratives and summaries
• Create memory comics (realistic and comic book styles)
• Store and share memories with family members

• You must be 13 or older to use Perpetua
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

• You own all content you create on Perpetua
• By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• You must have rights to any content you upload
• You may not upload content that is illegal or harmful

• AI features (transcription, analysis, comic generation) require processing by third-party AI providers
• AI recreation of deceased persons requires explicit consent
• Results may not always be accurate or appropriate
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content

You may not:

• Use Perpetua for commercial purposes without permission
• Upload content that violates others’ privacy
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Use the service to harm others

• Basic features are free
• Premium features require a subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled per App Store/Google Play policies

Perpetua is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data (though we take every precaution)
• AI-generated content accuracy
• Service interruptions

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email.
