Privacy Policy

Perpetua (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

• Account information: name, email address
• Profile information: age group, gender (optional)
• Voice recordings: audio files you record or import
• Memory data: transcriptions, AI-generated summaries, narratives
• Photos: profile photos and relative photos you upload
• Comics: generated comic images
• Usage data: app interactions (anonymous)

• To provide the Perpetua service
• To transcribe and analyze your voice recordings (via OpenAI Whisper)
• To generate memory narratives and comics (via Anthropic Claude and fal.ai)
• To store and sync your memories across devices
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never use your memories to train AI models

Your voice recordings are processed by:

• OpenAI Whisper API (transcription)
• Anthropic Claude API (analysis and narratives)
• fal.ai (comic generation)

Each service processes data according to their privacy policies. AI recreation features require explicit consent (opt-in only).

• Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL)
• Audio files and photos are stored on Supabase Storage
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Servers are located in South America (sa-east-1)

You have the right to:

• Access your data (Export My Data feature in Settings)
• Delete your account and all data (Delete Account in Settings)
• Correct your information (Settings)
• Withdraw AI consent at any time (Settings → Privacy & Consent)
• Data portability (JSON export available)

• Your data is kept as long as your account is active
• Deleted accounts have all data permanently removed within 30 days
• We do not retain voice recordings after processing

Perpetua is not intended for children under 13. If recording content involving minors, parental consent is required.
